Medical School Transcript (Official English translation)
Letter of Good Standing from your medical school. Depending on your medical school policy, you may be required to provide a new letter prior to each rotation start date
Verification of visa status in the U.S.
Legible copy of your passport's information AND picture pages
Two (2) passport size photos (no older than 12 months)
Record of Immunizations (Hepatitis B, Mumps Measles and Rubella (MMR), and an annual PPD). If PPD is positive, please provide us with the official reading of a negative chest x-ray (x-ray results older than one year are unacceptable
Original Police Background Check (Official English Translation)- More than 6 months old; you may request this from any local police department
Payment - GMC Administrative Fee of U.S. $335 - this covers the digital safekeeping of your rotations, online rotation account access, orientation and other new student intake-related administrative costs. Although rare, additional clinical site fees may apply
Please note that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE, and must be made payable to The Greater Medical Center, using a check, money order or credit card
Transportation and Housing - please have all accommodations, including private transportation, arranged in your designated city of rotation at least 30 days prior to your arrival
Please print this sheet, and closely follow each step of the application process closely.
Typical rotation start date is 6 to 8 weeks after all documents and payments have been received.
We must receive your payments and 'original' documents at least 30 days in advance of your rotation start date.
You may fax a legible copy of your documents to U.S. +770 692 4964 and have your payments processed via credit card over the phone in order for us to hold your seat for a temporary period of time, but we mUSt still receive your 'original' documents 4 weeks in advance of your requested rotation start date.
Without payments, neither your faxed nor original documents will be processed.
The original and faxed copies of your documents must be legible.
